nice 🐄 👍 and I'm glad I could help bring awareness to this underappreciated muscle group lol. so what's your cow growing routine? I do a mix of calf raises with the trap bar or barbell on a 2×4 i mix the weight up but aim for 25 to 30 reps per set and I also do single leg raises on a stepper platform with a dumbell with a 4 second hold at the top and the bottom and aim for 10 reps per set

Otb I do the bare minimum for my calves lol. Usually it’s 3x20-30 reps on 225s. I might add more after today cuz they’re looking decent and it’s not even leg day I was just curious of how mine looks so took a couple pics. It’s a very under appreciated body part by me

Next leg day give the 1 leg 4 second hold at top and bottom a try. Trust me you will be feeling it!
