working hard, hit a little plateau, but not losing my drive...still keeping track of my kcals and got a solid workout routine at SNAP thanks to a great trainer who developed an excellent plan for me!! can feel some of that tone returning that I had years ago while in college!! waiting for warm weather to come so I can get out the bike and do some hardcore riding again!! Bringing it everday!!!
