Hi Cheryl! It looks like you're doing a pretty good job for a beginner. I'm pretty new myself. I did do Atkins years ago, and lost 40 pounds really fast, but got back into my regular routine. I'm back at it, and I've got to make it a life change now so I keep it off. A few things I have learned is that if you keep your carbs down around 20, your calories up to at least 1500, exercise, and drink lots of water, you should lose!! You do feel better on Atkins and don't feel like you're starving if you're following it right! Big plus! Good luck to you!
