Last Night's Workout: Arms/Abs

Superset

Skullcrusher: 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 reps


Barbell Curl (neutral grip): 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 reps

Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 reps

Superset

Overhead Cable Curl: 30, 20, 10 reps
Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment: 30, 20, 10 reps


Preacher Curl Machine: 10, 20, 30 reps

Bench Dips: 10, 20, 30 reps

Abs

Decline weighted Sit-ups: 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 reps

Hanging Leg Raise: 10, 20, 30 reps

Cardio: Stationary Bike
15-minute intervals: 3 min. easy, 1 min. hard

Best arms workout ever.

Best end to a Superbowl ever. Could have went either way. Wonder how many players will get fined for the end of game rumble that semi took place?

WHAT is a SKULLCRUSHER?!

Beasty1, lying on a flat bench with a barbell held like you would for bench press only over your head instead of over your sternum. Upper arms stay locked, you bend your elbows and lower the weight until its 1-2 inches above your forehead, and then press it back up until your arms are straight again. It works the Triceps.
