another wonderful and succesful weekend of keeping it in the green! I am loving the control I have over my diet, exercise, overall weight loss and my life as well. This confidance and control is spilling over into all areas of my life and I am becoming a much more organized, cleaner, sharper individual. I am kicking ass at work and life is quite beautiful!
I am so happy lately and I don't want this wonderful feeling to ever end!
