Made the decision yesterday afternoon it's time to get off my hind end and I joined Snap fitness...gotta get this show in motion and get me in motion...made brownies last evening for my co=workers today and was only able to eat a half, I guess that's when I decided I am making the right choices with my diet, meaning that something I would've devoured only a month or two ago, I didn't find as appealing or satisfying!! I am resolute in my path and going to get back in shape and achieve my goal weight, only 33lbs to go, have lost 11lbs in the last 2 weeks just from eating better, but exercise will only serve to jump start my metabolism!! thanks to all who have supported my path!! gotta keep bringing it!!
