Today is a new day...am still faithfully entering everything I eat and drink(if it has calories). I am in the beginning stages of my marriage dissolution and am going to make a wholehearted effort to not only change myself mentally and emotionally, but also make a complete lifestyle change and get back to the person I was before I got married, which was an active and athletic person who loved to lift weights and ride bike...I still have an intense love of sports, but I need to get active again, walking at work just doesn't cut it!! emotionally i became bankrupted by my failed marriage, but I did gain my reason for existing, my son! I want to become the Dad who does stuff, not an old fuddy duddy on the sidelines!! So down the road unknown I go!!!
