Shake Those Pounds's Journal, 30 April 2022

I would love advice! I’ve increased my calories over the last 4 months by 700 to try to bring my metabolism back to a normal range after weightloss and lose the last few pounds. I’ve gained 1 pound. I want to lose a few more. I’m still below the suggested calories for maintenance. Should I keep increasing to get to a healthy level or cut to lose and then increase?

Sorry I don’t have advice. But I’m curious about what you decided? Thanks!
