stayed within the points and was never hungry woohoo
i didn't make it to the gym, but i was running around all day so that's good atleast
tommorrow i'll kick ass at the gym and run 6 miles...48 hours until the weekend...(scary music plays)...

Dum Da Dum Da....Daaaaaa....nahhh!! I have been doing a lot of visualizing of the times that I struggle...although it sounds silly it seems to work...Popcorn at the movies is a big downfall for me or when I am watching a sporting event. I picture in my mind "handling" these situations and play it over and over. Then when I get there I just try to follow the script...what's the next time you think that you'll have trouble? Think about it...think about it in detail...play it out the way you want it to happen..then go over it...it can't hurt.

I have the same problem on weekends. I just let go. I gotta keep myself in check.
