I have been weighing almost every morning for 3 months. I have increased my calories by over 500 in that time and have not gained weight! I am so excited to not be super restricted to maintain anymore.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 April 2022:
2035 kcal Fat: 72.04g | Prot: 171.46g | Carb: 178.63g.   Breakfast: Happy Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Quick One Minute Oatmeal, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Personalized Protein Powder, Plain Greek Yogurt (Cup), Bananas. Lunch: Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Goya Black Beans, Bob's Red Mill High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein), Sweet Potato , Happy Farms Deli Sliced Colby Jack Natural Cheese, Hillshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pure Protein Puffs Brick Oven Pizza. Dinner: Trader Joe's Gluten Free Cheese Pizza with Cauliflower Crust. Snacks/Other: Happy Farms Sliced Provolone Cheese. more...
