Goal Goal Goal.

I made this goal in 2019... maintained pretty well for two years and then last fall put on those 18 lbs I now spent 3 months losing. Not too bad

Since failing maintenance I will contemplate new? strategies this month. For now it is mainly eat more. I was up to 1500 calories last week so push it up more this week and see what happens.
121.2 lb Lost so far: 64.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1605 kcal Fat: 114.03g | Prot: 115.69g | Carb: 29.10g.   Breakfast: cranberries linda sue low carb, Butter, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Tine cheese jarlsberg, Egg, Simple Truth Coconut Flour. Dinner: Mushrooms, Onions, Butter, Organic Shirataki Pasta with Oat Fiber, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened), Jennie-O Ground Turkey 93/7. Snacks/Other: Utz Pork Rinds, Werther's Original Sugar Free Chewy Caramels, Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin, Strawberries. more...

Jergens, I plan to have a conference call with my fat cells to hammer out the details. I'll tell you if we come up with something that goes to contract.

I've done well with carb cycling. I really like it. I tend to do better when I have structure. I don't find it hard at all, the biggest thing is prepping. It's a must. I'm at my goal and I'm just going to keep it up to see where it goes because I do feel better doing it. 💜

lol @ Brigit0 - that sounds like a good deal and do let me know the intricite details of any contract - since I have about 10 pounds that could be moved up about 6 inches (I can always buy a bigger bra)

I didn't realize you had lost 18 pounds since you've been back. Good job! My goal was 5 pounds a month starting in January. I don't think I've lost 5 pounds total yet.

Liv, I'm just so impressed with your determination to just get it done. Yay for you! I'm struggling to shift the pounds I've let back on and I can't get my momentum back. What a great job you have done! I'm so happy for you!!!

Thanks so much guys and I really appreciate your comments and praise. You all rock. SK I have made some earlier musings about my failure to maintain... I think it is complicated but I will try some strategies... around eating right...the right food and the right amounts... easy for some but complicated for some of us
