Added fruit (blackberries and strawberries) last week, along with Pistachios. Fruit definitely left me feeling hungry even though it was not much. Weight stalled, and even went up a pound. Removed berries and kept the nuts. My weight came back down and I feel much better. I guess they will have to wait a bit.

I do need to find more menu choices especially for dinner.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
