Cstrutz, thank you! They are one of my strongest muscles. Can do squats forever...chest and shoulders are my weakest. I still use very light weights on those muscle groups. 💜

Tim, the left bicep doesn't look as big as right cuz #1 I think I was flexing more on right side and #2 I have a left shoulder injury that is effecting my biceps and triceps. I have to use pretty light weights. Superman, David's Princess, Brigit, and HeBrewz, thank you guys! I'm trying hard to get back on track! Wifey, Acomandr, Kaj, I appreciate the support! Fritzy, I feel like my legs look so so in this picture so thanks!💜
