HAPPY EASTER TO ALL...goooooooood morning had planned on going to gym this morning...but when the alarm clock woke me up...was a hard rain...so...another morning off...scales are smilin along with me...so dont guess it matters if i workout or not...guess noticing the loss of having to pull up my sweat pants should of been a notice to me that the scales would also start showing a loss as well...something to remember next time..i am lookin forward to getting back into the gym...but taking time off and resting my body isnt gonna hurt...an will do my body some good...my first workout will be a great one cause my body will be rested an ready for the workout...well i hear thunder once again..guess that means more rain coming AGAIN....o well..suppose to do this till thursday....a week of rain...have a greattttttttt one...

Loosin I agree with you and think that it is important to give ourself breaks in routine. This is important in taking care of ourselves so not to resent, burn out or bore ourselves...keeping it fun because loosin is fun! It is raining here too, but the temperature is warm so it is like a nice cleansing of the air...Happy Easter, enjoy the day. TOWANDA!!!

Breaks are important and you are doing so well with your system. I am impressed and need some of your motivation. Especially this morning. I did exercise but I am feeling really bloated and fat this morning. I did not exercise at all while I was away and have to really kick it up a notch this week. Hope you had a great Easter.
