goooooood mornin...another day..another workout over...could of slept thru it really easy ...didnt get my 8 hours of sleep an thats why i didnt want to do a workout...so im sure a nappy today is in my future...lol...rain today..under a thunderstorm watch an warning till 11am...guess theres a chance of rain all week...one of them weeks where you just have to try an cut the grass between rain storms...did another 2x30 min on treadmill again this morning an then 1x30 on recumbant bike...decided to take time off from elliptical...so easy to head over to it ...but decided taking time off from it would be good for a change...well...need to make the bed...gotta weigh in about 7...not sure if there is a loss that i can record or not...cant record loss in inches an i kno i have that..but not sure about on the scales...soooooo...just have to stay focused an on track...knowing that sooner or later it will show again....have a greattttttttt one...

Hope you get some rest today and hope it stops storming there. Seems like you get lots of that...although we had snow yesterday..When is it going to get nice? Soon I hope..well soon for me on the weekend anyway. Have a happy Tuesday Loosin.

summer months does cause less activity on fs...nicer days...less inside time in front of the computer...that time of the year....

thanks cathy an lisa...yeah lisa..i only got 5 hours...just not hardly enough for me to run on...already fell asleep for half an hour...its cool here today..so will be really easy to cover up an get some extra sleep this afternoon...then il be all rested for my morning workout tomow morning...
