Ok, time to start working towards OWL. Today started with me adding 4 Blackberries to my breakfast shake, and they were VERY good.

By adding calories with protein and fat, from 1000 to 2000 got my weight loss moving again. I also note that my ketones went from dang near nothing to moderate.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 April 2011:
1746 kcal Fat: 109.62g | Prot: 142.46g | Carb: 62.88g.   Breakfast: blackberries fresh, whey protein muscle milk. Lunch: s&w diced tomoto, onion, bell pepper, mild italian sausage. Dinner: lettuce, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: atkins carmel double chocolate crunch, pork rinds, atkins chocolate hazelnut bar. more...
