Had the final class for the weight loss program last night. My final weigh in was incredible. I weighed in at 279.0 I had thought I gained and was dreading going to the last class. I didn't want to hit the last class with an increase. I was so relieved and overjoyed when I saw I lost. I haven't been 279 in a little over 2 years now. I lost 10.2% of my body weight since I started Fat Secret and this weight loss program. What a difference in my life. I feel better. I want to exercise more, and I love the results. I can't wait to keep going. I may not be able to take the next class, due to work, but I will keep up with what I have learned, and keep logging in my food, tracking my calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, and everything else. This has been a big, large, huge, colossal success. I have failed at every attempt to lose weight. Even when I lose, I gain it back and then some within a short period of time. It isn't going to happen now. I have the tools and the support that will allow me to keep this weight off. I am down 31.7, I have 59 to go. Suddenly, it doesn't seem so far away.
