goooooood morning...no workout this morning..actually went back to bed an just slept...decided after 5 days of going..was time to listen to my body and give it time off to rest...have been up and moving more away from computer with the nicer temps ...still cool outside...but nice enough to do things outside for a few...wont be to many more weeks before will be soakin up the sun and doing outside activites around the house..yard work...to me its no longer work...its exercise of a different kind...already been on the scales ...they are the same as yesterday...an i know there cant be a loss everyday although would be nice..lol..you get use to seeing it go down...nice to be on that weight loss high...motivates you more each day to keep at the plan...so its another day of the same food...thats what they made spices for..lol...the kickn chicken spice i use on my eggs....mmmmmmm....definately a water needer...lol....well...need to get up an go to potty room again...might still be alittle bit of a loss...still got some water in me...lol...then to the kitchen to nuke the eggs...an make the bed...get this day started once again...have a great one...thanks for the comments and support ...

nelson suggested drinking more protein..i had been doing half of a serving...for along time...but once i started doing 2 scoops and changed what i was mixing it with...then i all of a sudden noticed a difference in my weigh ins...ive been drinkin the same protein for 4 years now...an i think its the best you can buy...i buy mine online an if your interested i can give you the site i use...well worth it...
