I have been drinking blended smoothies while eating 1 solid meal a day. I have tried to control my snacking at night. It's alot harder that I thought. So I got Salsa chip and drink a smoothie before bed. I am really liking being able to wear smaller shirt than I did today. My wife, family and friends are being very supportive and I am in their deit. I appreciate everything people have done for me and will continue this until I reach my goal of 208-218.
