Was away from my computer all day yesterday so when I entered Friday food I was on Saturday. Lazy me, I just recorded Saturday on Friday rather than move it all. Tried to make ice cream from coconut milk, coconut oil and atkins shake tonight. Didn't work. Bummer. Couple of very full days so calling it an early night. Oh Yeah steps today: 7660 yesterday 8189. Good night and power on.

i just did the exact same thing. i recorded sunday on saturday, and saturday on sunday. way too lazy to do it all again! too bad about the ice cream. i think there are some good recipes online. my friend is always making her own ice cream. do you have an ice cream maker? i almost never use mine because it seems like you have to put so much fat into ice cream, and that's not for me. it's nice for an occasional treat for something you don't find a lot, like cinnamon ice cream.

I do have an ice cream maker and in the past have made a lot of low cal ice cream for my hubby but low cal is not low carb and since I am keeping carbs under 25 ice cream is nearly impossible. I can not justify substituting that many carbs for good food. So I am on the search for a decent low carb substitute. For us the fat is not the issue it is the carbs. My daughter sent me some recipes using only coconut milk so I will be trying again very soon.

I don't think you are the only one who has input in the wrong date. I think that one or more of us, have experienced that learning curve. Excellent job on walking? I really need to up my walking too. But sometimes I have 1 good days and then 2-3 down days with my lower back pain. But I will not give up! What about just whipping up some heavy cream and putting it in the freezer?
