A couple of slip ups this week but the difference between these slip ups is now my slip ups are during one part of the day. If I slip up for lunch I don't feel I have to wreck my entire day. For the most part, if I had a slip up I made sure i worked out that day. I was also sick this week and on antibiotics so two days off of exercise and still managed to lose a pound. Keep going!
