Ate a slice of wheat bread at 11:30. I want to see if I have more energy at the gym.
OK, so that slice of bread enabled me to bench 30 more pounds than the week before but I still ran out of steam as a whole. I see that I need fast carbs to work out.

I'm going to have a slice of bread and chocolate milk before and after my workout, then go back to slow carbs for the day.
5:20 9 rounds of tabatas. More hungry today. Probably due to fast carbs
