70% fat, 8% carb, 22% Protein - had a hungry hungry day. probably due to this crappy summer cold, my body must be crying for nutrients. I ate and definitely went over on the calories, under on the exercise but I did not cheat. I ate all acceptable foods and kept my macros in line! YAY me.
