good day
not a lot of binging only one moment with Pop Chips and greek yogurt (2%)
1474 calories is still high though do to my lack of coordination of meals.
Snack section is too high in calories by eliminating jerkey, popchips I would save myself 190 calories. Dinner still had beens costing me 55 calories (need to avoid beans and tabouli because it has bulgar wheat and 99 calories per half up). The gap between my bulletproof coffee (breakfast) and lunch (4pm) is too big for my body to handle. Even if I consume a quest bar in the middle (around 11 am). Im going to see if this is a mental or actual physical need for food today. Im going to do this by pushing the quest bar snack to 1 pm giving me the satisfaction I need for the next 3-4 hours till lunch. I also dont want to have that gap put me in a bad mood because I want to eat...

Today [5/8/14]
Going to increase water consumption (habit 1)
Shift quest bar consumption to 1 pm
No pop chips today
attempting to eliminate toubouli and beans from diet
