So far I have done well on the nutrition front. I had a drs. appt today and nothing to report there, but I did go to the grocery store after. I have stocked up on some good stuff, so I am ready!!!

I need to get the motivation up for excercise!! I will do it though. I weighed myself this am and it wasn't as bad as reported yesterday, so that made me happy.

I need to get my exercise motivation up. Maybe I will check out my fitness magazines for some inspiration. I can't wait for some nice weather. That is a great motivation!!
