Thanks for all the positive comments everybody. Yes definitely more than calorie count. Although in the beginning I didn’t calorie count. It’s pretty interesting that how much harder it is to keep the weight on when switching to healthy Whole Foods. And once the lbs started dropping it kept dropping then I had to calorie count to make sure I’m eating enough to gain good weight back 😂
30-40 minutes of workout a day. Is all it takes to get in shape. 30-40 minutes out of 24hrs is not a lot of time. You owe it to your body.
