Yesterday I had two eggs toast and coffee for breakfast I had a cookie in the middle of the day. I had a bag of chips and two gin and tonics oh yes and some guacamole for the chips for supper and finally a handful of those very thin ginger snaps. What am i doing???
212.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
