To get a five hundred dollar break on my health insurance through my employer I have to get 200,000 for the month of July. I started wearing a pedometer over a year ago. When I first started wearing it I would sometimes get less than 2000 steps. I commuted 2 hours per day and worked at a desk for 10 hours per day. I read that just wearing the pedometer would encourage you to do more. I have found that is true. Right now I am really trying to get 10,000 or more per day but some days just not getting there. Now that I am retired I will plan my days to meet the goal. Thanks for the support tho!
