Had a cheat day yesterday, no difference in weight and back on track today.

Quite pleased as i was expecting a 3lb change considering the amount of food i put away !

Well the day is drawing to a close and i have hit my diet and exercise goals for today pretty much smack on the nail. Great day - feel good , what more is there to say.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
