I stayed awake all night. The contractors arrived around 845 am and worked all day. they made a lot of progress! I am feeling excited again about the project. Hubs wanted to go out for breakfast once we got the contractors started. That is where I went wrong with my food plan. I just read something about the Dukan Diet and may consider trying it...but getting through this kitchen remod is going to make it tough...and then we go on vacation for a week...I am pretty sure I gained a pound...
