I was 140.6lbs yesterday after 2 bottles of water and a banana and a workout... Hmm. Then, I had a bad day. Haha. I was very busy yesterday so I ended up skipping lunch (bad, bad, bad) and eating a TON at my aunt's for an easter dinner of steak and potatoes. And the tons of appetizers. I DID avoid chips, and ate quite a few veggie sticks, DID have a salad, and DID avoid MOST of the sweets. When offered a cookie, I took the smallest one instead of the giant egg-shaped icing covered one that I really wanted.... Although, I did take a slice of cheesecake for later which I will probably eat later today. Lol. I did much better this weekend though than previous weekends. I worked out both friday and saturday, and I ate well (bought healthy sandwich stuff to keep at the boyfriend's place), minus dinner last night.
