here I am up late again. I was tired at 11pm but hubs said, "Come on. Let's go for a walk. You said you wanted to get some exercise today." So we went out for a 2 miler. I jogged about a half mile. The night air was beautifully breezy. We star gazed, listened to one of my fave songs, Vincent, prompted by the beauty of the night. We saw two deer. I think I lost another pound. I will weigh tomorrow. Yesterday we walked a mile by the river. We drove through the woods, stopped at a creek and picked some wild black berries, took some photos of the water, some dragonflies. It was such a pleasant day. peace & blessings
