I just made a new salad and its super great so heres the recipe:
thinkly sliced Fennel bulb
1 cup of chick peas without juice
grated parmesan cheese
some chopped flat leaf parsley
fresh garlic, salt and pepper
Dressing: 2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp seasoned vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Mix and leave in refrigerator til serving.
This recipe provides the protein from the chick peas and the taste is awesome!
