I did not make it for my bike ride, but I did 25 reps leg lifts front, side, back and 25 squats/arm curl combo with 16lbs. Using the food diary really put some perspective on my food choices. I did not eat very much today but I blew my low carb eating outta tha water with a major plate of plain spaghetti with a tablespoon of real butter and a 1/4 cup of low fat grated parm. It was the first pasta I have had in three weeks. If I am going to allow myself a carb load it needs to be early in the day! I have been doing low/no carbs after 6pm. Tomorrow is a new day :) Have a great one!

HI innercalm, Its sounds you are struggling with the same demons as me...the craving for starches, and in my case also sugars. I am trying to combat this with a vegan, glutenfree, soyfree detox, as my nutritionist recommended. I feel good and my weight went down two kilos in two weeks! That is alot for me. But its always a struggle. Some pople recommend having a cheat meal each week...maybe that works for you. BUT we will get those 8-9 kilos down before labor day! YES!

thanks for the encouragement! I hope I can keep making progress. I seem to lose a lb and gain it right back this week. I know I need to increase my exercise but sometimes this body doesn't feel like it :)
