Hmm. Not a great weekend... But I guess not a bad one. I didn't eat very well, but I don't think I over-did it. Indian food and pizza... yikes. But I had small portions of each, with fruit and veggie snacks in between, so I'm hoping the damage isn't that bad. I also did the MS Walk on Saturday morning, which was three miles, so at least I moved some(or got dragged by my sister's bull terrier...lol.). I slept a lot of the weekend for some reason. I just felt sooo tired. I feel much better today though, and plan on hitting the gym after work. I need to drink a ton of water to flush all the sodium from the bad foods this weekend.

It's ok to have a bad weekend every once in a while. i did too. Close friends baby shower and cake...that's all i'm sayin. You can get back into it. No problem
