Well, like most I have been overweight since middle school. Never really cared about being overweight after having three children. My husband was fine with the way I looked and I was comfortable...but not happy. I guess I decided to try South Beach about 2 years ago after a friend suggested it. I was never really a "diet" type person but she needed someone to do it with her so I figured at least I 'll be there for moral support. Won't really stick to it unless she's around. To my surprise, even after cheating a few times, I had lost 14lbs in 2 weeks. I then went on to lose about 16 or so more pounds then ending pregnant with number 4. So now, after 11 months, i started again.
Well that was a year ago and here I am again. Now as a single parent and much heavier than before. I am getting this gravy train moving again without the gravy!
