no bread, no coffee, no soda, no meat...this is incredible. I don't miss the meat, but the coffee and soda is challenging. Day two is done. I worked out this morning, got my heart rate up to 134. But, no evening walk tonight. Seriously raining in tonight. Hope I can keep this up.
