Well went out with the friends last night. Drank way to much and paying for it today! Friends stressed me out with their drama,on b-day so drank to ignore them!! lol Tried to be good for eating. woke up late so had coconut chicken over a small serving of rice and tall berry latte
snack cup of applesauce
a few pieces of a blooming onion (I know I know not good) and frankly didn't taste that great,but was starving waiting for dinner
NY strip steak (hey it was my b-day) with cauliflower and broccoli (didn't even come close to finishing)
and I made sure to workout before I went out.
Today
working on finishing the steak and veggies
LOTS and LOTS of water!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Don't dwell on the fact that you had a night out...just look at what you have accomplished and jump right back on the diet. Everyone deserves a few beers and steak on their birthday!!

I think you did well on your B'day. Don't beat yourself up. With all the weight you have lost you must be down at least one dress/Jean size. Treat youself to a new outfit for your b'day.
