I have been sick with a cold / flu or bad allergies for about a week and have found it very difficult to follow my diet. I just haven't had the energy or will to care about my intake. I'm really trying to get back on track. However I really enjoyed a gelato tonight. It really made my throat feel better. At least I had it made with sugar free frozen yogurt rather than ice cream, but the water ice was full of sugar I'm sure. God willing, I will start feeling better soon and get refocused on my diet.
