I have not been doing the paleo thing at all well. I think I just don't do well with restrictions. It's a psychological thing, for sure. So - I'm doing my own diet, simply eating what I want IF I truly want it, and being away of the calories and nutrional values. Knowing how many calories an item has sometimes makes me not want it in the end, it's not worth it.

i am shocked by how calorie-rich some things are - for example, 8 (yes, a mere eight, (8)!!) pieces of Brookside chocolate covered almonds are 240 calories! That is insane. And, so, not worth it.

142.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
