Very pleased to see my weight dropped a bit. I think maybe the huge gain last week was water weight from TOM...

Recording an entry just for the heck of it.
I AM feeling discouraged, and guilty. I want my weight to stop climbing, but I am still eating too much, I guess.
I pigged out on snacks last night, and had wine cooler. So - calories and sugar and all that bad stuff.
My only consolation is that I DID burn calories yesterday, helping a friend paint her deck and fence. More than 3.5 hours of labour. And this morning, I'm off for a hike. So that has to offset the bad, and give me a good starting point for today, right?

I thought I wasn't doing too badly - I've been exercising more, and not pigging out on snacks at night. BUT - I have been drinking more, so I guess, there it is.
I need to stop, and stop being a fatty.

I have been drinking a lot, with no guilt. But I have not been binging at night and eating no potato chips!!
