Why is it when I have a super busy day of running errands that I feel so much hungrier? I blew my calories and my 7pm cutoff. I Did get my walking laps and my water intake. But the calorie overage feels like a total failure. I guess I'll have to try to do better tomorrow. I really want my loss rate to continue at a good pace.

I think a lot of us are the same with a lot of exertion and it stimulates our appetite. If I have a heavy workout, I'm very hungry, but then I do eat more on workout days. 1598 calories are not bad. It's not like you ate 2500 calories. You'll be back on track tomorrow.
