I got to watch my food intake and portion size. I also have to drink plenty of water. I just hate running to the bathroom constantly. Yesterday I got on my treadmill and did 40 min. So happy with that. Now can I be consistent. smh lol We can do it!!! lets go!!!!

Great job on the treadmill! I'm waiting for warmer weather to go out and walk, I just won't do a treadmill LOL In fact, I gave mine to my dad and he wore it out! I agree with the bathroom trips... the only good thing on that for me is I have 14 steps I have to go down to get to the bathroom (I home school my kids upstairs) so each "trip" is 28 stairs. :)
