Well, weight is still going down, but I haven't found the will to exercise at all. It's just not something I do. Thought about beginning to take walks after dinner, but I feel like it doesn't pay to get started on something when I likely won't carry it on once the weather turns again in the fall. I know I will eventually have to do something, but right now I am just focusing on eating better and watching my calorie intake since it's working thus far.
