Note to Self: DO NOT BUY PREPACKAGED READY FOODS! Of all things Caprese Pasta Salad at 370 calories/5 servings. Day 1-One Serving, Day 2-One Serving, STILL Day 2--Finished of the container. Not bad enough I had to add more cheese.

Note to Self: Get back on track today. Wow, my binges are not snacks or junk, but REAL food. I even went back last night and made another salad, tons of spinach to add some Burrata cheese (at least it was not eaton on bread--the pasta was enough earlier)

I know, it's hard. I have taken to cooking up skinless chicken thighs for my "binges". Turns out that they are really low calorie and even 3 of them is fewer than 500 calories and great after a workout. Try binging on a pound of sliced watermelon. You will be stuffed for less than 200 calories!
