Okay so while I was working out (swimming) I got a call from my patient advocate and left a message stating that the psychologist got them my paper work which included the all clear letter for the surgery. Yay! I officially have everything that needed to be completed on my list done! The last and final one is being at the 309 goal weight. Which I will work my butt off this month to get there. I have a new workout schedule now which will be 6 days a week! Monday and Wednesday there are 2 night water aerobics classes back to back. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday I will go during the day like I was before. As long as I do the classes which 2 hours is a good workout and then a hour or hour an a half on the other days I'm pretty sure I'll hit my goal. I won't be weighing until the 17th and then again on the 31st to see if I'm close to the weight goal. Actually I don't know if I would want to know on the 31st and just wait and see what it is on June 5th when I see the surgeon again.
