Feeling pretty good today. I didn't hit my 3,000 calorie goal yesterday, but I felt so full from all of the nutrient rich food! I have been eating a lot of broccoli roasted in the oven with onion and its delish! Today is Friday and that means NO MEAT for Catholics. I'm going to do my best to eat clean today, and limit the carbs as typically on Friday's its fish or pizza during LENT.

Hey there! Much support to you. I see you are starting with a managable caloric goal of 3,000. I do understand that need. I was over 400lbs when I started and just want to say that I support you and wish you the best. I am here if you need a buddy!
