When I set this up yesterday I guessed my weight at 145. Lately it has been 144.8 and that is what it was this morning.

Still trying to figure out how to work this website. I am not sure what, "how closely followed" means but oh well.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well 100% means you didn't cheat at all. Reasonably well means mostly on plan and poorly (well you know). Good luck!
