Talk about a "falling off the wagon" day. Saturday I did great. Keep the carbs @22g. Sunday we visited some relatives and I even brought my jar of low carb PB. But the beer, chips (no dip...I guess they're not fans of it), and pizza galore enticed me in. I only took 3 sips of beer (we're home brewers so I had to try it), keep the chips down to around 15 (Lays) which isn't too bad and only at the toppings from the meat fest pizza, but then...oh then, dessert. O.o Reese's pie. Had to eat. So good. Much deliciousness. Had only a very small slice, but even so, still kicking me out of ketosis. So today I'm back on the wagon. No deliciousness to sabotage me today!
