OMG I did it finally!! I was able to do 66 laps in the pool and that equals a 1/2 mile. Plus I did 20 minutes of water aerobics. I don't think I'll be doing the treadmill today. Maybe if I get bored. I also have dropped another pound so I have 31 lbs to go (I won't be adding it in my weigh in yet since Saturday's I usually do my weigh ins)... Seems like a lot to go but it will go fast as long as I keep up with my scheduled work outs.
